Most women designers from modernism design movement are still being mis-credited and had a history of being overlooked. This inspired me to create an exhibition to be a way to educate people on the impact of these designers. Often if these designers get art gallery recognition it is labelled as women in design, for my exhibition I wanted the branding to be more ambiguous so that they were not being separated from the main narrative like the past. The exhibition focuses on the designers Eileen Grey, Charlotte Perriand and Lily Riech and uses light as them to represent them finally being the spotlight.
